Below is a link to the PDF of the final flyer that were printed and "Z" folded.
Note: If you did not get any color flyers, the PDF printed in black and white (or even color) is still a great "tool" to help promote the event for all.

.5.  Performer's dress is casual and comfortable. Sound checks are important. Please plan to be early for that. A video documentary DVD of the event is also planned. And for any special segments or songs, performers  may have a segment for a  YouTube  placement.**
Average set time is approximately 15 minutes. The line up will be finalized and available during Sound Check 5:30 to 6:30 PM. Please do arrive for this to facilitate setting up the system for you and your performance.
It is suggested, though not required, that all performers include at least one recognizable song vs. all original material.. It helps when the audience recognizes a song or two, as we all know. However, one original heard by others whether live or on a CD, MP3, Youttube. or within a DVD could be a great opportunity for whomever. :-)

.    The children, staff and Ministry at the Orphanage will welcome the fruits of this labor of love for them and Him.

.     Thank you again.
.     And as always, as the Lord leads.

.     "Sing to Him  . . .  with a shout of joy."   Psalms 33:3

* Sound checks will be brief to accommodate all who arrive early to take advantage of the option. All mics and amps are controlled by the sound board. To expedite the event's performer's changes, all instruments must be on stage before the show start. For post intermission performers, music instruments for those sets must be set up on stage during the brief "fellowship" segment of the intermission. Return here to see when the "known" opening slots are noted and any additional event info for performers.
Note: A reqeust is open for an experienced sound board operato
r for this event.
** Youtube uploads are optional per each performer's approval.

Reminder: 1.000 color flyers are printed for Churches, groups, performers and friends.
For distribution and invitations to the Concert.  And as bulletin board announcements.
Visit the "Concert" page after May 24th  to see the event photos and any Youtube videos.
